The entire human development is a testimonial to Change. We have entire ages dedicated to it starting from Stone age, Copper age... to the present Modern age. Then why is it so difficult for individuals and communities to change? The fact is there is comfort in the Status Quo, Comfort for those who to began with changed the previous status Quo. And the story repeats itself. It is the story of creation. the new spawns on the old. The intensity of disruption during the process of change depends on the intensity of resistance from the old. But what is the tipping point when change takes over? It is when the forces of creativity are greater than the force of resistance. Change is a function of creating the new.
