Life's a comedy played out for the gods. For a god that damned us from Paradise Trying to recreate the paradise we were born in. Naked and cold hungry and tired we are lost for eternity corrupt and vile we try to survive. Why were we created and why discarded. What then is godly. For who's pleasures we are made to play a life of comedy.

Change - When does the time come?

"Change is never painful, only the resistance to change is painful." - Gautam Buddha (Hopefully, Source: Internet) But the Quote has a lot of depth irrespective of who said it. The entire human development is a testimonial to Change. We have entire ages dedicated to it starting from Stone age, Copper age... to the present Modern age. Then why is it so difficult for individuals and communities to change? The fact is there is comfort in the Status Quo, Comfort for those who to began with changed the previous status Quo. And the story repeats itself. It is the story of creation. the new spawns on the old. The intensity of disruption during the process of change depends on the intensity of resistance from the old. But what is the tipping point when change takes over? It is when the forces of creativity are greater than the force of resistance. Change is a function of creating the new. There is an idea, a design, an implementation mechanism. only then does change gets an avatar. ...

Natural resources - who pays for it anyway?

One of the Dilemmas of the modern Corporatized society is, to what extent should a Limited liability company be allowed to take a risk? In a Limited liability structure the equity shareholders, conventionally known as the owners, are liable only to the extent of the paid-up capital. Whereas the company itself has unlimited liability ie. The company by itself will need to discharge its liability to its stakeholder even if it means to liquidate itself. Considering the multiplicity of the stakeholders in a company the issue becomes complex. Companies carry a much larger risk burden than its capacity to shoulder. Considering cases of BP oil spill. The extent of damage done to the environment, Coastal communities and other stakeholder is of such extent that it is impossible to put a value to it. Who is responsible to compensate the loss? The company by itself is incompetent even if it means to liquidate itself, the shareholders are protected by the vial of their limited liability. Eve...
